Office Support Job Description
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of computer operations and good computer skills
- Ability to type and operate office equipment with accuracy
- Knowledge and ability to use grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills
- Working knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to learn, interpret, and explain policies, regulations and programs
- Ability to resolve problem situations
- Ability to use phone answering system.
- Other duties assigned as assigned by supervisor.
ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED from regionally or nationally accredited institution
- One or more years of computer experience and/or training preferred
- Must be eligible to receive a CDL
